Your Role and Responsibilities

Vuono Group is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our internal sales and marketing team. Your focus is on building the early phase of the sales funnel and acquiring potential new customers.

As an SDR, you will be reaching out to potential clients by phone, email, and LinkedIn, but also in-person, to develop new business opportunities. You will also join client meetings with our senior sales executives and consultants.

The Recruitment Process and Timeline

Job requirements

  • Fluent written and verbal (telephone) communication skills in English and Finnish
  • Use of sales development technologies such as Hubspot,, etc.
  • You can take ownership of the lead gen process by working independently and systematically
  • Interest in software development and automation trends
  • Experience in working in a startup-like environment is a plus
