We hope you have at least the following qualities:
Full working proficiency in English and top-notch written communication skills
Prior player support or community-facing work experience (preferably at least 1 year); you already know that this is the field where you want to continue to develop!
Passion for the gaming industry and mobile games especially
Experience with CRM-tools and fluency in MS Suite (or equivalent)
Strong time management and prioritization skills, combined with the ability to work independently with multiple ongoing tasks
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, decision-making abilities and lateral thinking capacity
A razor-sharp mind and confidence to learn new technologies and systems quickly
